About the Artists
Welcome to Funtastic Faces! My
name is Diane Days, owner of
Funtastic Faces, and I have been
drawing and painting since I was a
child. Studying art throughout
high school and into college, it has
always been my dream to start a
business doing what I love to do
most. Funtastic Faces was started
almost by accident. I volunteered
to face paint at an event in my
neighborhood and the requests
started pouring in. I am so excited
to be able to share my gift and
have fun at the same time. The
most rewarding part is seeing the
child's face light up when they
look in the mirror and see
themselves transformed into
something wonderful!

Meet our newest painters!
My name is Becky Novak. I live in Royal Oak, MI. I have 3
great kids who have been my canvas for 16 years. I also
have 12 nieces and nephews who constantly want to be
transformed into "make believe" fun with face paint. I have
a Bachelors of Fine Art degree from Eastern Michigan
University.
I have had a love for art for as long as I can remember. I
was a graphic artist at EDS for 9 years.
I also love drawing, coloring, and painting- not only on
skin, but on paper too.
I try to create fun every chance I get. I am so glad that I can
now combine my love of art and childrens’ happiness
working with Diane and Funtastic Faces.

Hi I'm Emily and I'm 17 years
old and will soon be starting my
senior year in high school. I've
been drawing ever since I can
remember and have been
taking art classes for the past
8 years. Once I graduate I plan
on going to college to become
a video game concept artist
and animator. I have a niece
and nephew and I'm great with
kids so I'll try my hardest to
make each event as fun as
possible!

Mariean Battle
Hi, I'm Mariean and I am 17 years old. I will be starting my senior year
taken art classes in and outside of school. Later in life I plan on taking
my art skills to college to be a video game animator, designer, and
concept artist. I have two nephews, one niece, and lots of cousins so
I'm pretty good with kids. In the future I hope to make your event as
fun as it can be!
